Although our assessments are designed to be easily read and understood, we recommend training and certification through our online, self-paced certification training modules (Available to purchase with our basic, Premium and Premium Plus Plans and included at no additional charge with our Unlimited Plan.) Become a Certified Spectrum Practitioner, CSP This certification is attained by taking the CBP, CMP and CAP separately, or by taking the CSP class. You will learn all of the information from the other certification classes as well as how to debrief combining all of the information from behaviors, motivators, soft skills and emotions to get a complete picture of the assessment taker. Certified Behavioral Practitioner, CBP This certification will teach you about the four dimensions of behavior, behavioral adaptation and stress, adapting your style to better manage and coach people, and debriefing assessments. Cost $199 
Certified Motivators Practitioner, CMP This certification will teach you about the 7 dimensions of motivation, the 2 sides to each motivator and why it is essential to measure it, how to use in hiring, how to manage and coach people according to their top motivators, and debriefing assessments. Cost $199
Certified Axiology Practitioner, CAP This certification will teach you about the 3 dimensions and 2 worlds of values judgement, emotional bias, emotional intelligence factors, soft skills for superior performance, how to use in hiring, how to manage and coach people according to their top motivators, and debriefing assessments. Cost $199
